Pros: GPU is still running without issue.
Cons: Two of the three heatsink fans have completely stopped working about 2 months after purchase. Without the cooling solution working properly, the card is heating up rapidly while playing games (up to 90C). Highly disappointing considering this card was performing great while the fans were working. Now I have to go through RMA with the manufacturer since the 30 day return window on Newegg is over. Warning to those who might buy this GPU, its a gamble.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: -Comes in exquisite packaging with it's own carry bags for the PSU and the cables.
-Virtually silent when not under load, but see note in cons section.
-Power delivery is great and I got a stable 4.3GHz OC on my i5 4690k.
-GPU OC is great too with a R9 290 at 1120CC/1500MC.
Cons: -This is advertised as a silent mode PSU where the fan does not spin up until 20 percent load. However the problem is when 20 percent load is achieved, the fan spins up rapidly and there is a quite of bit of noise generated along with some vibration.
Other Thoughts: I would avoid if you may have a problem with fans spinning up from load.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: -Card runs cool and quiet. Fan speed is set at 20 percent at stock, but highly recommend getting a OC tuning utility to set custom fan curve (MSI AfterBurner, Sapphire TRIXX, etc.)
-OC likes it's a walk in the park. VRMs never exceeded 70C and got a 1110MHz CoreClock. 1500MHz MemoryClock.
-Stress tested for an hour on Ultra, 8XMSAA on Heaven Benchmark. No artifacts or crashes
Note: Make sure to increase voltage for aggressive overclocks, VRMs have their own heatsink to dissipate heat. Temps on core never got above 75C and VRMs never exceeded 70C on high load.
Runs games at 100+ fps on high settings for most games and 80+ on extreme and ultra settings @ 1080/120HZ
Cons: -Unfortunately i got some mild coil whine when running games, but it goes away after several minutes.
-Needs a sufficient power supply. Recommend at least a 650watt-750watt 80+ gold certified PSU to obtain high OC and system stability. Very important.
Note: the length off the card is about over a foot long so ample space is required for video card to fit. I have a R4 Define and needed to remove some HDD trays to make room.
Other Thoughts: Recommend for purchase.READ FULL REVIEW
