This review is from: Pioneer SP-FS51-LR Floorstanding Speakers Pair
Pros: The speakers sound amazing. I'm using 12GA wire with them and they stomp hands down on my TV speakers. They are capable of getting very loud and I haven't maxed them out because I can sing full voice with these not maxed and not be able to hear myself. I live in an apartment so I have no need for a subwoofer because they provide ample bass. Enough bass to feel it where I sit and hear it throughout the apartment.
Other Thoughts: Very very impressive speakers. I underrated them because of their price but they proved me wrong!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: YAMAHA RX-V373BL 5.1-Channel AV Receiver
Pros: The speaker has very good output. The speakers I used with the system are Pioneer SP-FS51-LR. System has an interesting YPAO calibration system that does in fact work and is not simply a marketing gimmick. The radio is nice and I like the HDMI control. When I press "All On" on my Comcast remote, my HD Box and TV turns on and the receiver senses when the TV turns on and will turn itself on.
Cons: When your connected via HDMI there is a volume overlay on the screen. At times this overlay worked properly but other times when I would change the volume it would video mute (meaning it would temporarily disable the HDMI output to the TV except for the volume overlay) until the volume overlay disappeared then the video would resume.
Other Thoughts: It's a pretty basic receiver. Has good quality sound, radio, HDMI in/out, 4k pass through, a decent amount of bells and whistles.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: BELKIN Grip Candy Sheer Blue/Purple Lightning Case for iPhone 5 / 5S F8W138ttC07
Pros: The case feels very nice! It's thick enough to feel confident that if you were to drop it you'd pick up the phone without any cracks yet thin enough to use the phone without the "I miss not having a case" mindset. It also slides into your pocket very well.
Other Thoughts: The colors of the case aren't as vibrant as depicted in the pictures but that's the photo enhancing for visual appeal, not Belkin's error. It's still light blue but it doesn't pop like that light blue in the picture and the purple is a tad bit darker in person. Does not affect the overall attractive appearance of the case, just something to keep in mind in case your ordering it expecting a vibrant blue and light purple. Also that blue symbol of what appears to be a person on the back bottom right of the case is not actually on the case, only in the picture. This is my first Belkin case and it most definitely won't be my last.READ FULL REVIEW
