This review is from: Cyborg CCB437080002/04/1 Black USB Wired Laser 6400 dpi R.A.T. 7 Gaming Mouse
Cons: After 8 months of ownership, the first mouse broke. Buttons stopped responding, scroll wheel wasn't functional, it was utterly broken.
Fortunately they were able to give me a warranty replacement. This process is slow and painful, took over a month to receive a working mouse. Which is great, considering the initial price tag. Slow service for a non-working product.
Skip ahead to just under 1 year, this replacement mouse is now broken as well... unfortunately the warranty is now expired on the original purchase, so they won't replace my second mouse, which should have a new warranty applied to it due to being a newer piece of hardware. Guess not.
Other Thoughts: Cost way more than any other mouse, and hardly had a functioning product for more than 6 months at a time... I'm moving on from this company, and will never purchase a single piece of hardware from them. They're worthless.
Horribly slow customer support, unable and unwilling to rectify this terribly designed piece of overpriced hardware. It's a shame we can't file a class action lawsuit, and prevent them from scamming new customers with the RAT product line.
This review is from: Planar 997-5253-00 Black Dual Monitor Stand for LCD Displays
Pros: Strong, heavy-weight, seems durable and made with quality metal. Nice finish.
Cons: Adjustability is really awkward, making it almost dangerous at times. Monitors do not line up due to monitor mounts not sitting correctly in the arms. Seems to be a design flaw.
Other Thoughts: Not worth the price due to the above concerns. Shop around and really compare before making a purchase.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It functions without any dips in power. No problems so far in terms of functionality.
Cons: Constant rattle or chatter from something inside the PSU, it's absolutely annoying as possible, and I wish I had purchased something else.
Other Thoughts: Thankfully it's discontinued, it shouldn't be on the market with such an annoying design flaw.READ FULL REVIEW
