Pros: Relatively quiet for a laser printer.

Cons: Died after 2 weeks. No power. Returned for a replacement. Will update review after receiving replacement printer.


Pros: Small

Cons: Worked for about 10 minutes then started to flash TV screen between normal video and blank. Was also not able to switch sources via the button on the box or the remote. Confirmed defective box with Tripp lite support. Returned for refund.
Note that this box automatically switches to the latest HDMI source. This behavior is not changeable.

Pros: This is a nice board with some nice features.

Cons: It's a shame that its produced by a company that has Technical Support and quality control issues.
To put it simply, Gigabyte Tech Support is clueless and quality control is poor.

A simple review of there website's technical support offerings says it all. There is no phone support, no chat support, no user forum support, no knowledge-base and the FAQ's total 11 questions. That right a wapping 11!
The only support option is to create a case and hope for a response via email.

I have created many case for this board. My experience is that it takes about a week for the case to receive a fist response. The first reply does not help so you continue clarifying the issue and answering their questions. Each reply to a case takes a few days for them to respond.
After several weeks of going back and forth, they wear you down and you give up because it becomes clear that you are pushing on a rope and you will never get your issue resolved.
As a simple example, the 3.1 USB drivers for this board on their site and on the CD included with the board do not work. The installation simply fails. Their response is to reinstall windows from scratch using a USB drive that contains the drivers along with the Windows Setup files.
Unfortunately, the tool they provide to do this also does not work. Sadly, some of the the responses I received for issues reported to Tech Support were just flat incorrect based on subsequent research and testing on my part.
So your left with no USB 3.1 support from your board. Instead of correcting the issue of their driver not installing, they send you on a wild goose chase. Asking the user to reinstall Windows from scratch in order to install their USB driver is not acceptable.

In addition, I have found the F2 and F3 BIOS to be buggy. When I reported the issues I found to Tech Support, their reply was "to disable that feature in the BIOS". Really. How about fixing the BIOS code?

The documentation for this product is very cryptic and poorly written. The board also includes apps that can be installed in Windows and accessed via their APP Center. Unfortunately, there absolutely zero documentation on the applications on their website or in the downloaded application files.

In conclusion, while the board looks great and has a nice list of specs, it has some issues as a total packaged product and is poorly supported. If your interested in a Gigabyte product, you should know going in that there will likely be issues and their Tech Support offerings will come up short.
