This review is from: Thermaltake CLW0217 Water 2.0 Extreme/All-In-One Liquid Cooling System
Pros: Thick radiator
Cons: Lasted all of 5 minutes. Installed in system and booted, pump worked fine. Rebooted after driver install and ran a linpack to test cooling ability. Saw high temps and shutdown system to re-seat cooler. Third boot, clicking sound was first produced, and never stopped. Pump now produces a rather obtuse clicking noise that varies with pump speed... and there was noticeable fluid around the pump outlets.
Other Thoughts: I have an Antec Kuhler 620 attached to my GPU that runs like a champ. I was hoping for the same performance from this since they are both manufactured by the same company. Just RMA'd the unit, so I'll post an updated review on the next one.
A little annoyed that an $85 cooler is now over $100 once return shipping is factored in...
Pros: User replaceable battery. This is a huge plus for anyone planning to keep this thing around for a while.
While it is thicker than other tablets, it is easier to hold and has a rubberized back for added comfort and grip.
The file manager is like what you would expect to find in a PC OS.
Standard size USB port. Good picture quality. Great battery life. Great for reading.
Cons: Indicator lights: The order of the indicator light are, from top to bottom: power, charging, connection activity (amber). The charge light never goes off until unplugged, even if the battery is at 100%. Also, this light sits where the top of the power button is, it would work out much better if the position of the charge light and power light were reversed. I still miss the power button when I turn it off at night.
Insufficient exposure setting for included camera software.
Other Thoughts: This is a pretty good tablet. The interior hardware is pretty much the same for all Tegra 2 tablets so it ends up being the little things that differentiate different offerings.
The picture quality is good under the right conditions, but could be better for others (LED flash would be nice). It is a bit heavier than some of the other options, but it is not heavy by any measure. If those few ounces really bother you that much, you either have a musculoskeletal disorder, or are just plain lazy.
The most annoying thing about this table is the location of the power button. This seems like a simple oversight, but is noticeable when used in a dark setting.
I would definitely recommend it
P.S.: Android 3.x does not support ad-hoc networks. In my opinion, this was a bad decision. I'm not sure why it was made, but this is sad considering it is basically a specialized branch of Linux
Pros: Size (143mm high), excellent performance (never more than 45C on various OCs), great price
Cons: Fan loud at max speed.
Other Thoughts: Most of the 1 egg reviews are from people who never got a rebate. That has nothing to do with the product. This is an excellent cooler for the price. Go to frostytech.com and see how it compares to others in their extensive database.
Also, I lapped mine and got my proc temps a couple degrees cooler. As stated in pros, my Phenom II x3 never gotten over 45C, even as an x4 at 1.425v.
Get this if you need performance without spending $70 on a CPU cooler.
