This review is from: MICROSOFT 36530 Xbox 360(R) Rechargeable Batteries, 2 pk
Pros: So much better than buying AA batteries. You may not get the 35-40 hours of use advertised but they do last a long time. Just as an example they last longer than the internal battery in a standard PS3 controller.
Cons: They take a while to fully charge up, so it's good to have extras on hand. You need the play and charge kit or a separate charger as only the batteries are included.
Other Thoughts: Heavy users will want to buy this. It's kind of ridiculous these don't come standard with the Xbox 360 console. AA batteries are antiquated and not an ideal solution for the wireless controller.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Obviously it's a right handed mouse. If you have larger hands like myself this is one of the most comfortable mice available. This retains the perfect shape and feel of the G5 while improving everything else. The side grips have been beefed up, there are more buttons and everything already has a worn in look that should not fade as quickly as the G5. Hyperscroll is great. The high DPI adjustment is ridiculous, I don't really use it. So personally, I don't mind the DPI adjustment buttons being in a bad place.
Cons: 1 year warranty is kind of lame. My G5 started cutting out after 3.5 years. These guys can hold up to pretty heavy use though. To be honest I was sort of glad I got an excuse to get a G500. Really like this mouse a lot.
Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this mouse for non-gaming use, which is what I mainly use it for.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Sturdy and cool design, big LED indicates power and use. Minimal hassle to swap out drives - 2 screws. Long eSATA cable and internal bracket included. Vertical design takes up very little space.
Cons: Really needs a switch for the fans. They work but they make noise. I have a quiet system and this thing is not loud by any means but more noticeable than I like. If you're going to have this on 24/7 and sitting close to it that's something to consider. Made out of plastic and could be a little more ventilated. The look isn't for everyone and the LED isn't very subdued. Personally I'm OK with it and I need the space efficiency of a vertical stand
Other Thoughts: The controllers in these enclosures should be smarter. It'd be nice if they can kill the fan and indicate when the drives are disconnected or sleeping. For the price I won't complain about the basic design. Disappointed in no switch at all for the fans operation though. Seriously how hard could that be to include?READ FULL REVIEW
