Intel BXSTS100A ThermalSolution LGA1366 for 2-Socket Servers/Workstations, active heat sink with fixed fan

Pros: It's a fan that's capable of cooling my CPU.

Cons: This is the loudest CPU fan I've ever heard. The people who said this fan was quiet were being sarcastic, really. The fan produces a loud and high pitch sound that I can even hear over my dehumidifier. You won't drift into sleep with this fan installed and you'll need a hearing aid in the near future. I bought this fan to replace my existing loud fan and this fan is even louder than my existing fan!

CORSAIR Flash Voyager 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive Model CMFUSB2.0-16GB

Pros: Great size, oval shaped, not too bulky, it's like having chap stick in my pocket. This thumb transfers about 27 MB/s and I get 15.1GB of usable space with it Fat32 format. Based on the transfer rate, it should meet MS Vista Boot Ready requirements with no problem. Love Win XP, no need for Vista, so I haven't tried it.

Cons: As much as I'd like to be a Corsair spokes person and advertiser extraordinaire, the lanyard (cord that goes around my neck) is thick and has Corsair Flash Voyager in big letters around the entire loop. The clip on the lanyard is big and can be a pain to install or remove.

The plastic covering picks up lint every easily.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping for a higher data transfer rate based on the drive's size. High speed at 50-60MB/s would have definitely made this drive the obvious winner.

It would be nice if the cap was connected to the drive itself so I wouldn't have to keep track of it.
