Pros: For the money, I don't know if you'll find a better everyday kind of tablet. It is fast, has the real Google Play store. Very responsive.
Cons: It randomly reboots. As with any computer, you randomly get programs that don't work right or have to be restarted. It also gets hot when charging. But mostly I can deal with this stuff. The real failure is in the adverts for a 3g stick. First off, you can only use the proprietary stick. Second off, the 3g stick is only available for certain frequencies. So if you do manage to find one, you'll find that it will only connect to the the Edge network for ATT. The 3g is really advertised for Europe. Another big failure is Archos themselves. There store is terrible.
Other Thoughts: Overall, the design is good, but its not quite ready for US markets. You have to buy a codec pack from archos ($10 when I bought it) to play certain video types. And they provide no fitted cases for this tablet, so there are no real options for safely toting it around. But the functionality, minus the missing 3g and case, is phenomenal for a good e-reader, game, social networking, internet, etc platformREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: GARMIN 5.0" GPS Navigation with Lifetime Map & Traffic Updates
Pros: Well, right out of the box, the options were pretty well spelled out: Bluetooth, Smartphone Connect, Voice prompt, ETC. I think the really crowning feature is the ability to tell your GPS what to do rather that having to fumble around with the touch screen for entering addresses. All you do is say Voice Command (you can change this directive. Have some fun with it LOL) and it gives you a slew of options to include the brightness and volume control. The traffic unit also worked, though it informed me I was in a construction zone after I had already entered it LOL
Cons: Nothing Yet. LOVE IT!
Other Thoughts: Seriously though, if you are looking for a good LMT GPS this is the way to go. The traffic works and the Voice Command is probably the best feature to be added to a GPS in awhile.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Good card, fast, and not too expensive really. I mean, AGP is an aging interface.
Other Thoughts: Good card for the money DDR3 is great. Remember, the interface ability of DDR3 is double that of DDR2, which means that the effective bandwith is also double of the actualy clock speed. Also, remember to download a driver cleaner like Driver Cleaner Pro to clean your sytem out of ANY, and I stress ANY, other graphics softwares that you are running. Even old Catalyst drivers that I had for an old Radeon 9550 caused problems. Using the cleaner will get rid of all traces of the old drivers after you uninstall. Trust me, it's a must for the new AGP Hotfix Drivers, which I think are up to 9.10READ FULL REVIEW
