Pros: I bought this for a client. It's very fast and does everything a laptop should. Cleaned up some of the O.E. installed software, installed Office, AVG & Malware Bytes. I am an I.T. professional and I always look for great deals for my clients. This is one of them.
Cons: Price has gone up since I purchased it in November. Still a good deal.
Other Thoughts: Buy it. Get the extended warranty too. Laptops are proprietary which makes the parts expensive. Spend the money up front and have no worries about it breaking.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Thermaltake TR2 W0070 430W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply
Pros: Every pc that I have built for my clients in the last 3 years has 1 of these in it. I have never had 1 fail yet.
Totally suitable for any desktop pc that does not need dedicated power for juice hungry video cards.
Cons: Only 2 Sata connectors on 1 cable. The rest are Molex.
You can always use an adapter for more Sata.
Other Thoughts: Length of cables is good. Everything reaches. Cool black paint job with Gold exit fan. I hope they keep making these forever. I have used these with some of the low end high power vid cards w/o problems.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5050e Brisbane 2.6GHz Socket AM2 45W Processor ADH5050DOBOX
Pros: This CPU is a great deal. I have built 3 PCs for clients with these and all they could say was "Wow". They run very cool as well and use zilch juice. Also have 1 in my HTPC.
Cons: Not a Windsor. (1 MG cache would be very cool) However, Windsor runs hotter.
Other Thoughts: Builds: AMD 5050e cpu, Foxconn A7GM-s boards w/AMD 780G graphics, 4 GB Gskill DDR2 800 Mhz ram, 160 or 250 GB WD Drives, LG GH22NP20 Burners. One user uses his for trading stocks. He has multiple live tickers running and 10-20 interactive sites going at once. he loves it. Less than 250.00 for board, cpu & ram. Why are you waiting?READ FULL REVIEW
