Amazing!

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 04G-P4-2983-KR 4GB SC GAMING w/ACX 2.0, 26% Cooler and 36% Quieter Cooling Graphics Card
EVGA GeForce GTX 980 04G-P4-2983-KR 4GB SC GAMING w/ACX 2.0, 26% Cooler and 36% Quieter Cooling Graphics Card

Pros: This card in amazing! Installation was a breeze, plug and play-installed the drivers and started playing right away! I have upgraded from GTX 770 4GB and I gotta say the improvement is significant. The card runs very cool...in stock fan settings the fans do not kick in until the temp goes above 60C and unless I game on the card it rarely goes above 40C. The LEDs are awesome and the card just looks really cool. It is not a big card-not bigger than my PNY GTX 770, but it sure looks much better. The materials are premium and so is the performance.

Cons: Not really a con but the card doesn't have a backplate...I don't know why EVGA did not include it I mean it's a $550 card-come on!!! I have noticed some coil whine...it did stop after some gameplay but then it came back for a min...it is only noticeable when the fps are above 2000....it does happen on some of the game logo animations...

Very flawed and troubled product!!!

TP-Link TL-WR1043N 450 Mbps Wireless N Gigabit Router
TP-Link TL-WR1043N 450 Mbps Wireless N Gigabit Router

Pros: Cheap???

Cons: Loses connection regularly, unstable internet speed, bad support from TP Link.

Overall Review: I have had this router for about 2 years-I have received 3 warranty replacements from TP Link and all of them eventually develop the same issue-The internet speed though the router(wireless internet) is very slow. My speed at home is 90Mbps, The speed through the router is between 20-40Mbps. In some cases is even 0.2Mbps. This is unacceptable! I have troubleshooted with TP Link support, updated firmware, changed wireless channels to he wazoo-the outcome was still the same. Now here is the real kicker-when I got the router as brand new, it worked almost flawlessly for about 4 months, after that it was pretty much nothing but trouble. Since I've had 3 replacements already I asked for a refund-I was told TP link does not issue refunds and all they can do is send me another replacement-what for? Your router is useless-I have to reboot it like 5 times just so I can use 1/5 of my internet speed with it... I ended up with $50 paper weight basically after year and a half of issues and troubleshooting. I got another router and I can't be happier with it-I will never, ever buy a TP Link ever again.

Great Motherbard!

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z370 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z370 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: I just recently bought this MB, upgraded from Asus Z97 Pro, I have had for 4-5 years. This is an amazing MB. It has everything you will ever need from a MB and more. I love the fact that it has plenty of Fan headers and RGB support. I installed my 8700K with 16GB DDR4 3200 Corsair memory with 0 issues. Everything worked out of the box. The BIOS is also great, it gives you all the tools needed to overclock and control your system. It may take you some time to get used to it, if you are coming from an oldr platform, like me, but for the most part is pretty self explanatory.

Cons: I can't think of any really....the only thing that comes to mind is the default CPU Voltage is kind of high. At stock settings the MB is pumping about 1.44 volts to the CPU...that is crazy. My temps were at 85C under load because of this. I manually changed the voltage to 1.18 volts and the CPU is now running at stock speeds(I synced all cores to 4.7Ghz) at 60C. Just something to have in mind.

Amazing craftsmanship and performance

EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC GAMING ACX 3.0, 08G-P4-6183-KR, 8GB GDDR5X, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC GAMING ACX 3.0, 08G-P4-6183-KR, 8GB GDDR5X, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)

Pros: The card is awesome! I replaced my EVGA GTX 980SC with this one and couldn't be happier. First of all the card looks absolutely amazing! Everything from the design to the materials used is just top notch! And the performance-what can I say about that-it's just mind blowing-I am getting on average 50% more fps with this baby than I did with my 980 at 1440P. On top of that the card uses less power. The only game I cannot run at 60 fps constantly at 1440P is Quantum Break, but that needs to be fixed by Remedy - the game is a PC Port Nightmare. I would recommend this card if you have the money and if you currently have GTX 980 and below-this will give you a pretty good performance and Vram boost.

Cons: Nvidia needs to optimize their drivers for the 10-series with older titles. Custom fan curve is a must when playing demanding titles if you want your card to perform at it's best.

Overall Review: Custom fan curve is a must when playing demanding titles if you want your card to perform at it's best. Mine boost out of the box to 2012 MHz, but when it warms up it goes down to about 1920 MHz and it stays there, it may go up to like 1950 or so but for the most part is within that range.

Great add-on to a great card!

EVGA GTX 980 Backplate Model 100-BP-2981-B9
EVGA GTX 980 Backplate Model 100-BP-2981-B9

Pros: It fits perfectly and it adds protection and beauty to an already great card! Recommend it 100%.

Cons: $3+ shipping but that's not a con for the product. :)
