Cons: Had to RMA my first kit because 1 stick died after about a week at 1.65v. Newegg quickly replaced it. Not too long (less than a week) my replacement kit had a dead stick. It was outside of Newegg's 30-day policy, so I had to go through OCZ. As I was on a deadline, I held on to the 2 working sticks as long as possible. I overnighted the set to OCZ and waited a few days. Yesterday, I called OCZ's RMA department and they informed me that they don't have any in stock and that they don't know when they are going to have more. They offered my a set of Blades rated for 1866 with 9-9-9-24 timings. Oh, and a 4gb thumbdrive. Does that seem like a fair exchange? A $15 dollar thumb drive and a set of memory that retails for $400? I paid $480. Since I declined, they are going to refund me, which is good of them, though.
Other Thoughts: Core i7 965
Rampage 2 Extreme
Phase and liquid cooled.
Im steering clear of OCZ from here on out. G-Skill Perfect Storm, here I come.
