Pros: IPS display and processor performance is excellent and the keyboard is good overall.
Cons: The touchpad is downright horrendous. I've been using touchpad on an old Lenovo T60 for years and this Acer touchpad makes me wish I can just swap them out.
Other Thoughts: I have tried other laptops with similar size touchpad and you can definitely tell a difference and judging from reviews posted here and comments on Acer's forum, I'm not the only one having a problem with the quality of the touchpad.
I don't want to use an external mouse with a laptop so regrettably I'm leaning towards returning my unit.
This review is from: Rosewill RHPM-11001 Universal Projector Mount
Pros: The material is solid but that's about it.
Cons: I'm not sure what constitutes as "Universal" but this mount does NOT work with Epson Powerlite 8350 projector. Not only that, good luck with vertical tilt adjustment as it does not have enough grip to keep it angled where you would like it to be. Perhaps a small and light weight projector would work fine but it's disappointing to see that not much thought was put into the design.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: YAMAHA YHT-597BL 5.1-Channel Home Theater System
Pros: In my "opinion", the sound qualify is very good and it is easy to operate. I won't hesitate to recommend this product to others.
Cons: The onscreen control display looks outdated. It's functional but the fonts and graphics just looks bad on today's HDTV.
Other Thoughts: There are many factors that influence the sound quality and since I'm not an audiophile, I relied on Consumer Reports rating to help me pick this product. While this one is not the exact model that was rated in CR, I figured they are close enough. I would recommend this to anyone. Yamaha also pushes out firmware updates (e.g., AirPlay) which reflects their ongoing post-sales support for this product. That's reassuring!READ FULL REVIEW
