Pros: High refresh rate. Great colors for a TN and highly adjustable.
Variety of inputs but no Display port.
Comes with a very small AC to DC converter which is nice.
Super light weight monitor.
24" is great for 1080p
Zero panel issues.
Cons: Really horrible stand. Almost NEEDS a vesa arm
Catch is, the way a Vesa arm mounts to the monitor is horrible. Flimsy plastic and the monitor shakes with any typing moderate typing. Light keystrokes only.
Other Thoughts: All in all, it's a cheap high refresh rate monitor with good reliability, but positioning this guy ergonomically will be a major challenge. I would stick to the stock mount and have something that sits on your desk to raise up the monitor to eye level.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Tuniq Tower 120 Universal CPU Cooler 120mm Cooling Fan and Fan Controller/Heatsink
Pros: Large cooler keeps the CPU at 30-33 degrees Celcius on the lowest setting. The board temp is 40c w/o air con.
Cons: Not as quiet as id like it to be. I would install a new fan but I don't have any fan that are temp controlled. Also the fan must be manually adjusted to change speed which isn't a big deal for me because I keep it on low, but it could be troublesome. On high settings this fan screams.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: A lot of upgrade ability. 6 SATA connectors, 2 channels of RAM, AM3/AM2+/AM2 socket (big plus). Hybrid Crossfire. Core Unlocker (never used it)
Cons: Only can take one stick of DDR2-1200 per channel, CPU frequency is locked. RAM only has regular settings (200,333,400,533), not by each MHZ. No RAM to "FSB" found.
I know people say there is a lot of overclock ability to this mobo but I can't find it in my BIOS. I expect it's because the mobo doesn't support my Athlon 64 x2 4800+ Brisbane 2.5ghz. I didn't show up on the manufacturers website. Im forced to AMD Overdrive which doesn't save your settings when you shut down and its windows based. Maybe someone can help me OC this board.
Other Thoughts: Liking this board overall so far. It bumped my Windows index for processor from 5.5 to 5.6 and RAM from 5.5 to 7.0 on stock. I'm sure ill get to use the Core Unlocker some time.READ FULL REVIEW
