This review is from: Corsair Nova 2.5" 32GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-V32GB2-BRKT
Pros: Doesn't require tuning like some older SSDs. Under Linux all I had to do was to
run fdisk and mkfs on it. My ancient 2005 desktop is SATA 1, and it sped things
Cons: The SSD failed after about a week. I was doing a 'dd' wrtie of a massive ISO
image, and it acted like it blew a FIM. Oh well, Newegg didn't manufacture it,
China did. Newegg was wonderful; complete RMA turnaround in 4 business days. The replacement unit is working fine.
Other Thoughts: An SSD drive is am economical way to speed up an old computer, so you don't have to buy a new one quite yet.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Auria 22" Class (21.6" Measured) 1080p LCD HDTV EQD-EQ2288F
Pros: The picture is much better than I expected. It really looks good when placed in the "vivid" mode.
Cons: As others mentioned, the 2 watt font speaker audio output level, and quality, is pathetic. But I already knew that from previous reviews; and put a set of amplified computer speakers on it, and have good audio now.READ FULL REVIEW
