Pros: Noise canceling works pretty well, I can't hear anything except what I am listening to, which is nice for gaming or wanting to tone out those pesky roommates/neighbors. Also, comes in a nice case and a lot of attachments! My former headset was USB so I couldn't use it to walk around with my mp3 player. I also hear that there is a microphone attachment to make it a headset, but am still waiting on that in the mail.
So far, good battery life on the noise cancellation (been using it for long periods of time since I got it).
Cons: The band is a little tight, but it should stick snug on there so its not much of a con.
Other Thoughts: I am not much of a audio person in terms of lingo and expectations. But if you are an average user or just looking for a nice set of noise canceling headphones, these would be a good buy for you.
Expert users might go with the higher quality version but this works great for me!
