This review is from: Samsung BD-D6100C 3D WiFi Built-in Blu-Ray Player
Pros: Works great with my Samsung 3D Smart plasma TV!. The remotes match each other mostly and the sync (TV to player) are automatic and smooth going. The wi-fi on player is easy to set up and had no issues at all. If you buy a WI-FI keyboard like mine (Logitech k400) is makes all the data entry/surfing ect. a snap compared to using the remotes cursor.
It does feel like an empty box weight wise and has a flimsy feel to the player. It is only the outside of it tho and works great on the inside. It does retail for 150 at BB and I found a returned item for a discount and I am glad I bought it or it would have been returned. Also, if Samsung made any other 3D Bluray players I would liked to have tried them out as well.
Bottom line is if you have a Samsung TV and want matching components and need the Smart aspect of this player it is a must have. On another note, if you own a dumb TV and want smart technology on your entertainment center, then any smart player is a must.
Cons: Flimsy and lite feeling case made with plastic.
Maybe they should go back to all steel cases to avoid bad reviews based on plastic being used. It does scratch easy to.
Other Thoughts: Would be nice if it came with wireless keyboard.
Go look at one in person is always a good idea and the shop else where if you want to "try" to save money.
I would by it again and recommend it.
This review is from: Logitech G9x Black Two modes scroll USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse
Pros: good customer support and exchange. is fast and adjustable. decent software and support.
to get replacement(s) all, they ask for is a picture of the problem and a receipt. they pay for every thing to get you back on your feet (hands).
never have they asked for the box. at first they did ask for the defective item (they paid s&h), but now they do not.
i have not experienced many of the cons others have wrote about and i have used it for over 3 years now. mine falls off a lazy boy recliner (my computer chair) and hits the deck often, so with that said it is my fault the scroll wheel quits and maybe the cable breaks.
Cons: cover does get sloppy with time. cable does break inside. no cable strain reliefs.
the scroll wheel will slip inside and stop functioning.(if you push hard to either side, it will re-engage the wheel, but have them send you a new one anyway as it is defective) they will replace it for that and the broken cable with out the box.
Other Thoughts: to fix the cable breaking at the ends is easy, simply use super glue on the cloth cable cover for about 2 inches on both ends where the cable enters the body and other end where it enters the usb connector. i complained to the company as they replaced mine 3 times (one a year) as it has a 3 year warranty.READ FULL REVIEW
