Pros: plug and play, initial start; windows recognized it. card is great for me because I have another m.2 in mobo slot. stays cooler than my other m.2 but not a biggie. The card is not to big to restrict air from Gpu
Cons: you get to a point where changing boot drives to higher spec'd ones, don't make a visual difference.
Other Thoughts: cloned windows 10 from my Samsung 850 Evo 250 gig m.2 to Kingston drive with Macrium reflect only took 5 minutes. I did a fresh install of windows from usb drive took less than 10 min. cached drive using Primocache and got seq. read of 6750 MB/s and write speeds to 800 MB/s. disable indexing and hibernation along with superfetch. move win temp folder to spinner drive . disable sys. protection and get 3rd party software.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Like getting a new car you can put your old parts on and add some new ones. came from a 990 fxa ud3 rev. 3. New board has better power phase, kinda. I really like the m.2, the supported pcie slots and the better cooling for chips and power phase. Plenty of fan headers but I use controller. Mushkin Blackline 2133 mhz memory works with xmp enabled
Other Thoughts: I originally bought the board to help my bro-in-law, but turns out he didn't need it, oh well i'll use it ;)READ FULL REVIEW
