This review is from: SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Pros: It's an SSD.
Cons: So, after ordering this to install my OS on, as life is, I got busy and didn't actually get to do it until a couple months later.
It was a total failure. The SSD sounds like a racecar getting ready for the race (lots of revving that is louder than my velociraptor HDD) and then my first installation of Win 7 fails. So I try again. Success, but then the updates break it. So I reinstall yet again and the updates break it again.
So needless to say, this drive is broken. Hope you have better luck.
This review is from: SanDisk SDSSDP-064G-G25 2.5" 64GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Pros: It's an SSD, so it is extremely efficient, no noise from it, super super super super super super fast.
Cons: Too Small for Windows 7 Ultimate.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this with the intent of making it my boot drive. Worked well, but with the amounts of updates that Microsoft is putting out for Windows 7, this drive is 95% full already after only 1 month of use.
** RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT USE AS A BOOT DRIVE, IT IS TOO SMALL**
Pros: Absolute Beast. All of my games (War Thunder, Skyrim, Total War's, etc.) are running completely maxed out with 60 fps. Additionally, the card has excellent heatsinks and runs fairly cool for the power that's going through it. This is a graphics card well worth the money.
Other Thoughts: The card is large, so make sure your case is big enough.
