Pros: Really outstanding motherboard, stays cool with Northbridge and HT Link speed being overclocked and running an FX-8350 at 4.7Ghz 1.428-1.440 Vcore (CPU Voltage)
UEFI is very straightforward, clean, and made to mess with settings and does a great job at protecting itself and the components. If you pushed the wrong button just won't start and you just reset and brings everything to stock setting, keeping your settings un--touched while you fix it :)
Cons: Never have, ha ha, Never will :)
Other Thoughts: At the heart of my perfect all red AMD system is this mastermind of a motherboard keeping all systems in check and safe :)
Motherboard: Sabertooth 990FX
CPU: FX-8350 OC'ed at 4.7Ghz
RAM: AMD Radeon 1600mhz, manually input timings
GPU: XFX Black Edition R9 280X soon to be replaced by an MSI R9 280X 6GB Vram
Case: Cooler Master HAF XB EVO
Pros: Stays cool.
Heatsink very effective and will NOT interfere with a large CPU cooler, in this instance a Nocuta NH-U14S.
Manually input timings to make sure CAS latency is at it's rated speed.
Ran Prime95 to test (didn't have time for memtest) and after a 5 hour blend test didn't break a sweat :)
Other Thoughts: Really compliments the complete red AMD system :)
GPU: XFX R9 280X Black Edition soon to be replaced by an MSI R9 280X 6GB Vram :)
CPU: FX-8350 at 4.7ghz, cold and streamlined :)
RAM: AMD Radeon 1x8GB at 1600mhz, manually input timings
Pros: Decided to see the processors true potential coupled with the Sabertooth 990FX's overclocking ability and wow this really is the perfect match. As well, like most people say this fan at max speed is in-audible, and moves good amounts of air.
Other Thoughts: Make sure that your computer doesn't make too much vibration as the metal fins on this heatsink make a small sound, like their tapping each other.
