Pros: Super sharp, clear, bright color. No dead pixels. Ordered Friday night and got it Tuesday morning. Native 1920 x 1080 @ 60 hz means I don't have to resize the resolution to fit my desktop or games. Loving it. Oh, and the base easily snapped into place and is sturdy.
Cons: Speakers sound horrible, but I bought it for the display not sound anyways.
Other Thoughts: I am planning on getting two more of these for a panoramic gaming experience.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Crysis 2 PC Game
Pros: Graphics are insane with high rez tex pack and dx11. Sound effects remind me of Transformers and music is by Hanz Zimmer, my favorite composer now that John Williams is retired. Story is very intriguing and different. Runs fantastic on a quad core AMD and dual 570 GTXs at 1920 x 1080 @ 60hz. Rock solid. Hasn't crashed even after alt-tabbing or leaving it sit idle for an hour or so.
Game is about 10 hours long and there's hidden treasures to find if you want to look.
Cons: AI isn't always good, but it also isn't always horrible. I've seen them do some pretty cool things, but I've seen stupid stuff too. Like if you snipe one guy, the rest all run up and line up to be head-shotted too. I think the AI is contigent on proximity to the player and doesn't account for long distance scopes. Not sure really.
Other Thoughts: The cinematics/cut scenes are smooth, high quality and high def, which keeps my scooted up close to the monitor. The sound is very high quality with a pair of sennheisers while running through HDMI at highest quality windows will allow. I'm on my 2nd play through and enjoying it immensely. Definately a show-case title for a computer dishing out amazing sound and video. Well worth it, IMO.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Keyboard - Retail
Pros: Solid construction. low key profile makes typing effortless. backlight is crisp, which looks better than the saitek eclipse 2 kb, IMO. doesn't move around on my desk at all.
Cons: macro keys on left throw me off. I'm used to escape key being furthest top-left key. Not a fault with board really.
Other Thoughts: Haven't had a use for the macro keys or maybe I'm just not able to think of any.
All in all, this is a nice keyboard.
