Pros: Comfortable for long sessions, more than decent MIC quality, Decent ventilation, More than adequate drivers especially for the price range, Separate volume control for chat and AUX input.
Cons: No ambient sound cancellation, Mic boom a tad short for me
Other Thoughts: Not sure what some people on here are talking about, but all features work perfect under Win8 and Win 8.1 with no additional setup needed. Mic is very audible to everyone i've ever talked to. The 50mm drivers have proven more than adequate and accurate enough during gaming, Id never use it for my production work, but thats because I have a $300 headset for that.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Cost, Features
Cons: Frequency response, Bass response, Mic not working in Win 8
Other Thoughts: Cannot get Mic to work under Windows 8, driver specs seem to be bloated, drivers easily overload at less than max volumeREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional 64-bit (Full Version)
Pros: Faster (sometimes), less overhead.
Cons: Horrible start screen, not professional, For the power user/developer with 20 windows open at a time and using a computer where hundreds of applications are installed this OS makes the system pretty much un-usable.
Other Thoughts: Came pre-installed on some new computers for our business and after a week all of our users agreed that they wanted to DOWNGRADE! This may be nice for the casual user but lets face it in a business setting where we do not have and never wish to have touch screen displays this is pretty useless to us and actually a hindrance. Microsoft should offer a FREE DOWNGRADE OPTION for all computers coming with Windows 8!!!READ FULL REVIEW
