1 out of 5 eggs Newegg failed to deliver, never received case 01/15/2014

Pros: Excellent review from others but did not get a chance to review do to new egg failure to deliver product.

Cons: Never received the case, cannot comment on case but only comment on Newegg refund process. Case # 28528647 was ordered with MB, Memory, CPU, etc.. 2 separate shipments. Everything came except for the case. This is a 3 days shipment. Waited for a week. Checked tracking number, all it said was, 'In transit' but there wasn't any location showing. Finally called UPS, automated system said they have never received the product. Called NewEgg customer service.. waited 30 minutes. Finally spoken to a rep, she said the product was never left the warehouse, it will take 3-7 days to get my refund since it has to go thru the process. I Insisted that she can send out the same product overnight since I can't build my PC without the case. She said, 'you'll have to order it again and go thru the process of ordering.
Here is my problem. If I messed up any order, I would atone it by doing everything right to compensate for what wasn't done correctly to my customer. There wasn't any sign that she was interested in making customer happy but she was more concern with just the process of refund. It took a week before I did receive an email that I was finally refunded. It was obvious that new egg failed to not only deliver the product purchased but failed to satisfy a customer. New egg did not even attempted to make up for their failure to deliver.

I have been a customer for a long time and I did give new egg the benefit of the doubt but when something has gone wrong, new egg failed to amend the process and instead making customer waited even twice as long to complete the refund process.
The simplest solution was to just send out a case overnight and everything is fine.. instead it was a reverse process where it takes twice as long.. not fun.

Other Thoughts: Have never provide feedback this is the first. This has nothing to do with the product purchase but just new egg itself. Thanks
