This review is from: SILVERSTONE RL-FX121 SFF Cross Flow Fan
Pros: - small
- not loud
- pushes a ton of air out
- comes with power adapter (great for MiniITX boards and with modular power supplies)
Cons: None so far, with maybe came with a mounting plate for different specs.
Other Thoughts: Installed on my "LIAN-LI TU-200b" and it fit.. with slight angle but it fits. It's a really neat fan to push a ton of air out and not being all that noisy.
I have a very compact rig with a lot of stuff in it and a R9 280x GPU is creating a whole bunch of heat, so this was a great solution. Stoked it fit a case it wasnt made for.
This review is from: Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit (Full Version)
Pros: it looks shiny
Cons: immature, too many annoyances, constantly dealing with 2 completely different interfaces
Other Thoughts: this is not made for desktop, i say this is a fail. So far the experience has been really bad.. ordering win 7 now......READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: compact, flexible, and has room to mingle
Cons: i would say it's a 1/3" too tight for a micro ATX.
Other Thoughts: 1 tiny issue is fitting the MB in, it has to be tilted at an angle to fit (which is not too bad), BUT if the face plate for all the connectors is already in, it's a pain to get the MB set in place as the little pins are getting stuck in USB/DVI/Ethernet ports. So you have to kind of hold the plate with the board while installing it and then push the plate in.
Other than that, a really fantastic case. The price is right, fits full size PSU, SSD/HDD compartments are flexible, can fit 2 nice video cards in, has a really nice weighted front panel that opens up. One of the best features I found is the ability to add fans above video cards (2 fans), which makes it for a really neat, small case for a decent gaming rig.
Also has enough clearance between the CPU and the PSU to fit a decent cooler, would have to measure though. And I have large hands, and had absolutely no problem setting thing the whole system up in a snap. Really impressed with space management.
Definitely using another for next build.
