AWFUL!! Stay away from gigabyte boards at all cost
Pros: The motherboard looks good on paper until you order one and use it.
Cons: Gigabyte refuses to support their products. No ivy bridge support out of the box but I knew that was possible. The board intermittently freezes then shuts down several times a day (replaced and tested all components but motherboard to confirm). Gigabyte claims that this board supports ivy bridge processor when almost a year after ivy bridge has been released they still haven't released a bios that fully supports ivy bridge processors. The latest bios as of march 2013 still shows a locked multiplier for a 3570K cpu, effectively eliminating any benefit from paying extra for an unlocked cpu. I emailed gigabyte and their official response was "BUY A NEW MOTHERBOARD IF YOU WANT FULL IVY BRIDGE SUPPORT". This is ridiculous considering they claimed this motherboard supports ivy bridge processors. Never again will I deal with gigabyte.
Overall Review: This review is for the 1.1 version of the board; I highly doubt the the second revision is better. Gigabyte was a pretty good manufacturer in the past. Now, they are worthless. I strongly suggest going with ASROCK, ASUS, MSI for your computing needs
