This review is from: MSI R9 270 GAMING 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
Pros: Plays anything maxed
Quiet even when under load
Only one power pin required
2 DVI and HDMI
Cons: Long card
Other Thoughts: We all know how these things work by now. I couldn't find a game to even make this card break a sweat. I guess those with those ultra high resolution monitors would be needed to make this card struggle. Besides its speed, this card is quiet and efficient and will save you on lectric over the older models.
One negative is the card is long. Particularly the fan's plastic housing extends a good half inch extra beyond the silicone. If you have a micro atx case it will be real close.
This review is from: XTRAC PADS Ripper Optical Mouse pad
Gets the job done
A little flimsly
Other Thoughts: Not much else to say. There isn't nothing too revolutionary here its the same material they have been using for mouse pads for 20 years now. Thought it might be a little smoother I guess. Bought for fifteen but ten I think is fairer.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650 G 80 PLUS GOLD Certified 650W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Full Modular PSU 10 Year Warranty 120-PG-0650-GR NEW 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready Power Supply
Pros: High quality components (japanese grade capacitors)
90 gold rating
EVGA support and 10 year warranty
Cons: IT HAS A METAL HANDLE
screw holes don't line up perfectly with all case mounting types
Other Thoughts: I am fairly happy with this purchase than PSU. The power supply comes safely packaged with foam walls on all sides. All cables are clearly labeled and nicely braided. The texture of the unit is very cool, almost a cloth like feel not sure how they did that. A 10 year warranty is incredible and unmatched I believe, to buy this type of extra warranty from a third party would put the price of a similar unit near $200.
Having said that, I have to take a star off for the horrible idea of putting a metal handle/bar on the back. My case uses a separate backplate to connect the case to power supply and the bar prevents it from lining up correctly. I will have to find a some type of third party solution to get this mounted properly its hanging in their by just one screw now.
