Great Budget Board
Pros: I used this board to rebuild a customer's business PC. Solid board, booted up right out of the box with an Athlon 64 X2 5800 and 2 GB of Kingston DDR800 RAM. Probably not what you'd want to use for an serious gaming, but it's a good solution for a workstation/student PC build.
Cons: none
Overall Review: 5 eggs - it does what it was expected to do as a standalone workstation/business PC at budget price. No fuss, no glitches or weird workarounds. Just out of the box, attach peripherals and load the OS. I was pleasantly surprised as I never thought about using PC Chips mobos (ASUS and Gigabyte fan myself) until a friend told me he used this before on his wife's machine with great results.
Excellent Card
Pros: Easy installation and setup, great graphics processing, 2 of these in SLI mode run Warhammer Online flawlessly at maxed settings. No more 3-minute wait when alt-tabbing to look at something. Great card for the money, and two in SLI mode are a great budget gaming solution for those who just can't swing the extra cash to get the high-dollar cards, but want a solid SLI graphics setup.
Cons: none.
Overall Review: I upgraded from a single EVGA 7600GT to two of these....the difference was far more than I expected it to be. XFX's warranty is great, and product registration takes about 5 minutes to do... As always, Newegg was fast with the shipping...hands-down the best vendor to use for PC components. System specs: Vista Ultimate 64-bit, Athlon 64 x2 5200 (2.71 GHz), ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe, 8GB A-Data DDR2 800MHz RAM, 250 GB SATA HDD, Raidmax 700W PSU
