This review is from: Jabra BT500 Bluetooth Headset
Pros: Looks nice? Feels good on the ear.
Cons: Product was dead out of the box. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on, literally was a paperweight.
Very poor product
Other Thoughts: newegg was quick with the RMA process. I got the UPS tag to RMA it the same day that it was delivered to my house. Newegg support was great, Jabra products, not so much.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SoNNeT Battery For 1st & 2nd Generation iPods Model BAT-1G2G
Pros: The quality of the battery housing and wiring was good. Fit well in the iRiver housing once the metal tabs inside the back case were removed. Didn't squeeze anything in the case, so it was easy to close (didn't squash the HDD). Charging doesn't heat too much (just slightly warm).
The included CD with installation videos for iPods were nice, and the tools looked quality. But they didn't help me at all since I don't have an iPod. But if I did, they would help.
Cons: None so far. I had to grind down some needless metal in the case to make it fit, but that was easy with my dremel. Also had to change the polarity of the connector by changing the wires in the molex before connecting it because iPods and iRivers use different polarities.
Other Thoughts: I bought this battery to replace the original battery that was installed in my iRiver H340 which was losing capacity and would only run for ~2.5 hours, which is much less than the original 8 hours. Since my player uses the same batteries as the iPods, it works well as a replacement, and is much cheaper, especially since my warranty is LONG gone. Charging right now. voltage on rockbox shows that its stable. (actually 3.7v opposed to the original which ranged from 4.8 to 3.0). I've only had it installed for a few hours, so I'll write another review later.
