SILVERSTONE ZM1350 1350W ATX 12V 2.3 & EPS 12V SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS SILVER Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Reliable, tons of watts

Cons: A little noisy, big

Other Thoughts: Outstanding PSU. I have been running this at 1300+ watts for over a month now on a Litecoin mining rig with zero issues so far. Very reliable.

Heavy gauge cables all around, great unit.

B-link 150mbps Wireless Wifi b/g/n Router AP Client Wireless bridge Repeater
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: Small, cheap

Cons: Cheap, only works with WDS enabled routers

Other Thoughts: If you plan on using this device as a repeater/bridge, keep in mind it works *ONLY* with WDS-enabled devices. LinkSys routers do not support WDS, only some NetGear routers.

Coolmax 1200W ATX12V v2.3 /EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Doesn't last

Other Thoughts: I intended to use this PSU for my scrypt mining rig. It ran for a day or so but eventually started randomly rebooting.

I was not pushing it that hard, only had 3 cards and pulling around 930W from the wall. Since then I have learned that PSU is one thing you should *NOT* skimp on when building a mining rig.
