5 out of 5 eggs great card 08/05/2015

This review is from: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 4GB G1 GAMING OC EDITION

Pros: was really stuck between this and a 980 gtx.

I settled on this and couldn't be happier.

I have option of upgrading later or adding another one

Cons: its large!!
make sure you can fit into your tower

Other Thoughts: My first build from scratch.
I did a lot of research and wanted to be as future proof as possible and stay within a reasonable budget for everything (monitors, keyboard, mouse, EVERYTHING)
To help others out, the below combination works 100%
MSI x99 SLI PLUS mobo
I7 5820
32GB + 32GB Gskill DDR4 2400 (yes I mixed 2 32GB kits of exact same ram)
Intel PCI-e 740 400GB SSD
2x Samsun Evo 500GB\
2x 4TB WD Black HDD
LG bluray
1000W corsair psu
Corsair watercooling
Gigabyte G1 970 GTX
