Pros: It was Ok when it was workong
Cons: Customer Service is terrible. Some requaraments from RMA Policy :When returning defective products, please make sure the HighPoint Return Shipment Slip is pasted on the outside of the box and the
product in its original packaging, including all accessories are in the shipment box.
Replacement within the continental US will take up to 21 Business Days (3 weeks), upon receiving RMA Return Package.

Pros: Card was working as promised.
Cons: I wish it would never broke. I have never seen such a bad customer service. No phone support only email. One response in 24 hours. Q" I have problem with GUI. Localhost for HighPoint is NOT Responding.

I would like card to be fixed or repaid" respond of HighPoint "Since the card is running on Mac,then the RAID is created in WebGUI,then it worked before,so what operation or setting have you done,causing it cannot log in WebGUI? Now We cannot confirm it's a bad card.Appreciate the understand and cooepration."
Other Thoughts: Q "Yes, Raid was created and card WAS working a few month ago. But it is stop working six days ago. Mac is no longer see the raid and localhost is not responding." HoghPoint response "Sorry for that,but you even didn't tell what operation or setting you have done that cause this issue,it may also your computer issue or somewhat,if convenience,please try on other machine and check again,Appreciate the further check and cooperation." Pros: A-Data Copy and past standard respond on the bad reviews
Cons: Not reliable, Slow transfer rate, Poor customer service
Other Thoughts: This post is intended to A-Data Customer Service representative regarding RMA#RE92512
Bad Flash card was send to A-Data and new one received as a replacement from manufacture was even worse. I contacted to customer service and was asked to send flash card back for second time. On my request to send me a good flash card without sending faulty one back I was told that it's impossible. A-Data representative assumed that I lie and just want to get flash card for free.
I understand thing happened and card that I bought was bad. It’s ok. But if it’s happened two times on a road it is become trend. I do not want spend my time and money any more to recover $30. I bought another card right after bad one was received. I just want to see how cheap company could be and let other people know it.
And A-Data please don't post copy/paste respond without even reading the post.
P.S. Newegg is the best.
