Pros: This machine is great! I had a previous version that I thought was working just fine. I replaced it with this one and cleaned a room that I had just cleaned a week before. (Just as a test) This machine got it so clean that it looked like I had not already cleaned it!!

Cons: Tank is a bit small but, think of it this way, it forces you to refill with hot water!! The cord isn't very long. Could use an extra three feet.

Pros: Arrived quickly

Cons: The battery is just as bad as the battery I have been using for two years. It doesn't hold a charge after hardly any usage. As my mother used to say: You get what you pay for.
