Pros: Great price, solid build quality, great performance. Perfect for the day to day and recreational user. I wouldn't run a server off this drive, but it's great as a personal computing drive.
Cons: Haven't actually found anything negative.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: CORSAIR Survivor 16GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model CMFSV3-16GB
Pros: I love this drive! Bought it as a secure drive to take to client sites. This was one of the only drives that I felt could stand up to a beating and misuse that flash drives often go through.
Encrypted with BitLocker, and attached a lanyard to it. To test its durability I dropped if from a third floor balcony, on to the sidewalk. Except for some minor impact marks on the aluminum casing, there was no other damage to the drive. Worked like a charm even after a fall like that.
Cons: When disassembled the drive has one of the end caps on the rear of it. May not fit in some locations, especially when a computer is pushed up against a wall for example. Slightly longer than a "standard" flash drive.
Other Thoughts: Fantastic for use as a password drive, durable and waterproof, excellent value for the money. Ironkey is nice but WAY overpriced, this is the perfect alternative.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Extremely durable USB 3.0 drive. I purchased it to carry my music with me when I perform as clubs and bars. The second day I had it, ended up dropping it on concrete when unloading the truck, worked like a champ all night after the fall. I've bashed on this thing for the last month (not on purpose), and it still works. The cable attaches nicely to the body of the drive, so that you don't have to carry them around separately. The USB 3.0 connector on the drive has a rubber flap to cover it as well. Overall the drive is extremely tough and well worth the money. Has a HDD activity LED.
Cons: No Cons. See other Thoughts.
Other Thoughts: I would suggest making the entire case rubber. As it stands, the drive is roughly 60-70% rubber. with a plastic/lexan type of material in the middle. Making the entire case rubber would make the drive look and feel even more durable.READ FULL REVIEW
