Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Couldn't give it a zero star

Cons: After only 8 months, the pump died. The blue LED is no use.
Temps went from 35 C to 72 C and system crash.

The bad part is getting customer support. If you try to call the 1888 number you get a voice bot telling you their official office hours. Great. How about someone answering the phones?

I repeatedly called during official hours - for four hours.

Their website also has no other way to access customer support.

So here I am, with a dead cooler and no customer support.

Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

5 out of 5 eggs Silent Victory 09/04/2014

This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Pros: [] Easy to install for AMD socket. No need to remove backplate.
[] Fits in tight places... at least in my budget midtower case, it just cleared the side panel.
[] Excellent cooling, without the HSF whine.

Cons: * None so far

Other Thoughts: Running an AMD A8-5600K APU. (100 W TDP)
=> Stock cooler whined and CPU hit over 58C (Smartfan) under full load.
=> T4 : idles 36C, and maxed out at 47C (Smartfan) under full load (100% CPU).
(Currently running a Home theater TV application, Google Chrome (22 tabs open), YouTube, various other windows, and CPU registers 41C)

Even though it may not have the highest cooling capacity of other models, it is far easier to install and the performance is satisfactory.
And it is a marked improvement over the stock HSF.

Very pleased.

Battlefield 4 Razer BlackShark Over Ear Noise Isolating PC Gaming Headset
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Nice box. Pretty graphics. Glitzy. Comfortable ear cushions.
Note: rests ON the ear, not "over the ear" (like shooting ear protectors).

Cons: Poor audio performance.
Distinctly and unpleasantly boomy, with a pronounced bump in 250 Hz region and diminished response in the 2kHz to 8 kHz region.
Was using a Koss Pro4AA as reference, and an HDTV source (dialog and music).
While the Koss was flawless, and needed no equalization for excellent reproduction, the BlackShark was not so easily tamed, even with a 9 band equalizer.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the original suggested retail price, and overpriced at the sale price.
This is not a high fidelity sound quality headphone unit.
