This review is from: Logitech K800 Wilress Slim Illuminated Keyboard
Pros: Illuminated keys, quiet, replaceable Ni-MH batteries, ability to reduce/turn off backlighting, Setpoint allows me to disable the Caps Lock key, lightweight, app/multimedia keys, my favorite keyboard to type on
Cons: I have 3 of these. 2 were bought new and have worked flawlessly (one at work, one at home). The third (the refurb) I bought as a gift because the one for my desktop would disappear whenever the girlfriend was over for use on her laptop. After a week or two every once in a while it would start transmitting the dash key ( - ) repeatedly. At first it was only once in a while and hitting backspace would stop it, now it just does it immediately on power up.
I've contacted Logitech support and they're working with me, if that doesn't work hopefully the extended warranty folks will be amiable, but Logitech support has always come through when I've contacted them (twice in the past).
Other Thoughts: This keyboard is great when it works, but obviously useless when it doesn't. I should have swapped the one from my desk at home with this one when it arrived, it still looks and acts brand new and I wouldn't be in the doghouse right now!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: inland 70115 Black Micro USB Bluetooth Wireless Mini ProHT Bluetooth Keyboard
Pros: Small, easily portable, paired easily.
Cons: Misses keystrokes often.
Buttons are soft not hard.
Spacebar stopped responding within a month unless it was held down for a second. Then it would sometimes do one space, or 4 or 5.
Not reliable as an input method for these reasons in my opinion.
Other Thoughts: I was using it with an HP Touchpad in webOSREAD FULL REVIEW
