Pros: Customer service friendly on the phone but not techs and can give no info about the product if it is defective like my item was.

Cons: My video card was defective and would not work at all when I put it in my computer. I was not aware at the time I could not get a refund, at least I could send it back for replacement. However, the girl I talked to told me I would get an email telling me when I could print out the return tag that goes on the box and I never did. Good thing I looked on the web site and checked out return policy. I then found the the return slip that goes on the box. I printed it out, put everything back in the box it came in and immediately took it to ups to send it back. It says it only takes 2-4 days and I did this over 2 weeks ago. My 30 days is almost up! I found the tracking and called the Newegg # and had to deal with the automated male voice. Why it took so long for them to ship it back to me I'll never know. It said it should have arrived today and it didn't. If it doesn't come tomorrow then does that mean they will send it back and then it will be past the 30 days and I won't get my new one?

Overall Review: I don't understand why this took so long! I returned it as soon as I printed out the label and taped it to the box. Good thing I didn't wait for the email, as a matter of fact I have never gotten an email from you guys about what's going on. I knew it was a while and I checked the web site, and then read all the info. When I asked the girl info about my video card she knew nothing and could not help me at all when I asked her why it wouldn't work. I think they should know some technical advice, so you at least know if you are ordering the right item. It's real close to my 30 days and I haven't received my item yet and it was supposed to be delivered today. I hope this one works because I don't want to have to go through this again. If this one doesn't work, I can't get a refund and I don't know if I can get a replacement because the people you talk to don't really know anything except telling you to print out the return label. If this one don't work I guess I'm out $30, bummer!
