This review is from: AVerMedia Video Device C875 (Live Gamer Portable) USB 2.0 Interface
Pros: -Extremely good audio/video recording quality
-No frame/performance loss while recording
-Great quality in PC free mode (still 1080p, but the bit rate is a little lower)
-Small form factor
Cons: -Doesn't make me bacon
Other Thoughts: I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this device. There are obviously some duds, but that's the case with ALL electronic devices. For the people who are having issues with the audio passthrough, you have to tell the AverMedia RECentral software that you are using the passthrough. It will NOT automatically detect it. Also, on the Avermedia website there are great forums and FAQs on the product and workarounds for common issues. This great device.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: -Great air movement
-Nice glow, not too dim, not too bright
Cons: -Loud. I installed two (1 red/1 blue) into an NZXT Tempest 410 Elite. They provide better airflow into my case then the NZXT ones that came with the case (high quality for stock fans), but these are a good bit louder. This isn't an issue for me, as I use good headphones for audio, but it may be an issue if you like having a super quiet machine.
Other Thoughts: Overall a great product. If you don't mind a bit of noise, these are the LED fans for you!READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: -Does everything that I needed it to do, nothing more, nothing less.
-Loads windows just fine
Cons: -VERY loud. This one drive was probably just as loud as my whole system while playing BF4 (Don't let this dissuade you, this is still a good drive for loading Windows and other disk based programs, just be sure to remove the disk when you're done).
Other Thoughts: Fine for $20. It's loud, but it gets the job done, and done well.READ FULL REVIEW
