This review is from: Western Digital My Book World Edition II 2TB Dual-Drive Network Storage
Pros: Easy to set-up and configure
Cons: Slow operation. Hardware failure after about 2 1/2 years of moderate use. Ironically, the hardware that failed was not the drives themselves (which were configured in a Raid 1 format), but the built-in nic
Other Thoughts: I thought I was saving money a couple of years back when I bought this, but all I ended up doing is costing myself money, time, frustration in trying to recover my important files. I really wish I'd gone elsewhere or just put together a mini-itx Linux machine.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great ergonomics, software is easy to use
Cons: I got the single click to double-clicking problem after a year. It's very irritating and shows poor manufacturing quality.
Other Thoughts: I like the mouse so much I'd *almost* consider it a yearly throw-away. Almost. Look elsewhere if you want reliability.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Lots of features, offers the possibility of 3 full PCI-E 16 slots, great value for the money.
Cons: I had many problems with it, but they could have been due to a defective board.
Other Thoughts: I bought this to run a 4770K Haswell and 2 R9 290Xs in X-fire mode. My first problem was I kept getting a D6 code on booting if I put my R9 290X in the first PCI slot. After spending several hours diagnosing this, I moved one of my graphics adapters out of the first slot and finally got my OS installed (or so I thought). But then it would reboot randomly. Setting it to a UEFI bios seemed to blank the mb and require that I reset the bios settings (which I must have done a good 20 times or so while trying to work out the quirks). I can't imagine that these problems are normal and they must be due to a defect in the board I had. But at the same time, after wasting 14 hours or so trying to get my system up, I didn't want to take that chance and buy another one of these. I RMA'd mine and went with another brand/vendor and my system is humming along rock solid at 4.4Ghz with exactly the same CPU and graphics boards.READ FULL REVIEW
