Pros: Color is good, but having trouble with a new MacPro trying to access the Adobe RGB and sRGB modes, which are calibrated
Cons: Text not as clear as a Thunderbolt display
Other Thoughts: I have went round and round with Apple and Asus to figure out what is going on with my new Mac Pro cylinder and this monitor. All I want to do is access the calibrated Adobe RGB and sRGB modes which are greyed out. I am using miniDP/Thunderbolt to Display Port. Asus says to access these modes you need to use an analog signal/connection. I don't have a calibration puck, as I was buying a calibrated monitor. At the end of the day I want to be viewing a calibrated screen. Admittedly, it bothers me that I don't fully understand the color gamut issue. To me neither Apple of Asus seemed to be able to explain it to me either.
