Pros: Nearly silent (mainly silent for me). Server running 12 drives, 10 WD Reds, and 2 SSDs, plus an AMD Athlon X2 quad core processor... loudest part of the machine is the cheap video card fan. Setup in Antec P280 case. Love the silent power supply. I also have a 750w in another P280 case for my main desktop, awesome quiet even with my GeForce GTX 760 graphics card.
Cons: Rebates. No mailing address on either the form or the online rebate confirmation. Miss out on the $20 rebate because no idea where to send it.
Other Thoughts: Awesome power supply! Will certainly pick up another for any large case builds I do. Mainly building small form factors to talk to the server though.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Love, great big screens. Bright, sharp colors. Wish I could get a little higher res, but love the monitors.

This review is from: NORCO RPC-3216 Black 3U Rackmount Server Chassis
Pros: Case has 16 drive bays, room for ATX board and power supply.
Has room for 16 drives, plus 2 2.5" internally.
Cons: Factory fans were loud in my setup, I swapped out for quieter fans. Overall, its still a work in process, but I found a few quirks that I've learned to work with/around. Don't plan on using 16 7200rpm fans unless you have mad cooling. I use this in a home, so fans had to be softer, WD Red hard drives work awesome, 30 degrees cooler.
Other Thoughts: Aside from a need for more air flow, the case has been working pretty well for me. Its big and heavy, but thats expected with a box this size. Also note you need a deep rack as this is a good 24" deep box.READ FULL REVIEW
