Linksys WUSB6300 Wireless AC1200 Dual-Band Adapter IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n USB 3.0 Up to 867 or 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: My niece had all sorts of issues gaming from her desktop computer. Can't run a hardwire and forced to use wireless. Although her existing card has a good signal the lag was awful. I purchases this higher end card in hopes to address the issues. Same Spec 802.11N and out performs the old card. This card resolved all the issues she was having.

You get what you pay for on this card. Were quite pleased with the performance, Thanks Linksys!

Also the setup was quite easy. As a computer tech I can identify something a end user can handle, and what they cannot. This is a really good straight forward interface to install it even for the less technical people. Good job.

Cons: None, solid product!

5 out of 5 eggs Installed 3 of these 02/17/2014

This review is from: NETGEAR WN604-100NAS Wireless-N 150 Access Point

Pros: Cheap, straight forward to configure. Just works!
Installed at three different clients, none has required any service since deployed.

Cons: If you use Verizon FIOS the default I.P and Subnet settings will conflict with this device. Which requires you to directly connect to the device with a laptop/desktop that you manually configure the I.P Information to meet the Netgears device needs in order to make changes.

Someone without the technical know how would be lost in this situation. Be nice if there was a USB configuration method to prevent/get around issues related to networks on different subnets or I.P addresses already in use the device is defaulted too.

Pros: I'm an I.T guy, purchased for backing up and moving data at clients. Gets knocked around in my laptop bag all day from site to site, works every time.

Cons: None, solid product and good price. Thank you.
