Western Digital WDBHG70000NBK-HESN 1080p WD TV Live Streaming Media Player with Wi-Fi (Black)

Pros: When it did work, it streamed all formats that were on my external hard drive or laptop.

Cons: Piece of Junk - don't bother buying. Maybe some of the boxes out there actually work, but this was "Refurbished" which I'm starting to think it was returned because it didn't work, so they plug it in and "Tested" it and re-sold as refurbished... Constant lock-ups, could not reliably watch a movie with it.

Other Thoughts: At least Newegg attempts to stand behind their products. Being a refurb, they would not give money back but would exchange it for another refurb. I guess either they were out of them or couldn't find one that worked better so they did refund my money. Unfortunately I have yet to find a device that will stream my personal collection. As soon as I find one I'll buy on Newegg.

1 out of 5 eggs Does not support 4 RAM cards 02/19/2014

This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Works great with 2 RAM cards

Cons: Won't work with 4 identical RAM cards. Used it for a couple years with G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 2X4GB, then upgraded to Ripjaws DDR3 1600 4X8GB and it brought the machine to a snail pace, removed 2 of the 8GB cards and it works fine - now I see lots of other posts with unhappy people. They claim it will support 32G but it does not. Probably will never buy a Gigabyte product again!
