This review is from: AMD 760K Richland Quad-Core 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W Desktop Processor AD760KWOHLBOX
Pros: First: Essentially this CPU is just an APU based off the Richland architecture with the IGPU (integrated graphics) turned off. This lowers the price saving a good amount of money.
Now onto the pros list:
1: Got it for 89 dollars
2: Quad Core that can handle all the games I throw at it with out bottle-necking my graphics card (R9 270)
3: Ready for overclocking as it is unlocked. From what I hear it can overclock like a beast even under air cooling.
4: DID I MENTION IT IS LESS THEN 90 DOLLARS?!?! Oh I did?
5: If you buy an FM2+ board you should be able to upgrade later on if you want (assuming AMD follows their cpu trends)
6: Athlon is a sexy name
Cons: Doesn't make me sandwiches or dinner.
Seriously though, no cons as of yet. I guess one con is that you can be potentially limited to your graphics card selection in terms of power but any smart builder knows that if you are buying a budget cpu then you are most likely buying a budget GPU as well.
Other Thoughts: None as of this moment.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SKULLCANDY PLYR 2 Circumaural Wireless Headset
Pros: The headset is very well built. No pivoting joints remove weak-spots along the earcups.
The headset is also extremely light weight and the microfiber ear cushions feel great and don't require being broken in for comfort.
The sound quality is very good too. The 3 EQ settings allow me to adjust tones and base effectively for what I am doing.
Microphone is extremely flexible and mutes when tilted up rather than having a separate mute button.
The transmitter also has extremely good range. I can walk all the way around my house (2000 sq feet) and I don't lose connection.
Can be used for Xbox as well (not that I ever use my xbox)
Cons: Only complaint I can think of is sometimes people say I sound a bit quiet, but that is easily fixed by moving the Mic closer to me.
Other Thoughts: All around great headset. Looks amazing, feels amazing and sounds Amazing.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Corsair Vengeance 2000 Wireless 7.1 Gaming headset
Pros: Comfy (like putting a cloud on your head), great sound, great battery life.
Cons: The plastic that connects the earphone to the headpiece is cheap. I treat all my computer products with care. Was going to put it on and all of sudden the right earphone broke off only to be held by the wire. Contacted Corsair for Warranty, no response as of a week. Looking for new headset.
This is a shame because most of my computer components are Corsair (Cooler,SSD,PSU,Case,Keyboard,Mouse).
Other Thoughts: If anything I would go for the 1500's instead of the 2000's. 1500's seem to be a bit more robust.READ FULL REVIEW
