Cons: The mic quality is atrocious,if not sounding as though you're speaking through a tin can from 10 feet away, then it barely picks up your voice for in-game chat or any other application, I find myself yelling and still barely being heard. My old busted up headset I use for my xbox (Turtle beach earforce x11) has a better sounding microphone. Also, it didn't come with any instructions or any sort of troubleshooting guide on how to adjust certain things, and I have found very little about the headset itself online. Also the mic boom is rather short.

Overall Review: If for some reason your optical drive doesn't accept 80mm "pocket-CDs" then you'll have to download the driver from the manufacturer's site.
