Lenovo Support? That's funny.
Pros: This machine was bought for a coworker. It performed as expected for an i3 with 6GB of RAM, and seemed like a great bargain. Unfortunately, the hard drive died after 3 days of regular use. Despite that one problem, I would still rate the computer at 5 eggs.
Cons: Lenovo Support is atrocious. The techs have been friendly, but their system for managing and tracking machines is ridiculously flawed. The machine was reported as having a bad hard drive, and I verified with a Lenovo tech that they knew of the bad hard drive upon its arrival. With that knowledge in mind, it has taken them over 6 weeks to diagnose and replace a faulty hard drive. Most of that time was spent with the techs wondering why it went to X department, or Y person, or sometimes wondering where the machine even was in their system. As of this writing, the computer is still not back with its original purchaser despite numerous promises by Lenovo support reps. Lenovo Support is the reason this review score is so low.
Overall Review: If you want a good computer, feel free to buy this. Just be prepared to support it on your own, unless you want to throw away a $600 investment by sending it in for warranty service. Newegg, as usual, is awesome. Should have sent it to them for resolution instead of going through the manufacturer...
