Most excellent.

Thermaltake Tt eSports Poseidon Z Illuminated Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Blue Switches
Thermaltake Tt eSports Poseidon Z Illuminated Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Blue Switches

Pros: 1) Very solid construction. It's heavy, which I find reassuring. There's no flex or give anywhere; it feels very well built. 2) The backlighting is nice, although that's pretty much standard on higher priced keyboards in general. 3) The keys feel excellent beneath my fingers. This is my first mechanical KB and I think it's fair to say that I won't buy another rubber dome KB after this. 4) Nice compact design. My old KB was bigger than this, and it took up too much space on my desk, which is rather small. Now I have a little more room for my mouse movement.

Cons: 1) The backlighting design is a little strange. The lettering is in the upper half of the key, so that's where the LEDs are. This is fine for the alphanumeric keys, but on the modifiers, the lower item is very faint and hard to see.

Most Critical Review

Key light started acting up in less than a week.

Corsair Vengeance K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Red LED - Cherry MX Brown Switches
Corsair Vengeance K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Red LED - Cherry MX Brown Switches

Pros: - The brown switches feel fantastic. - The lighting levels are nice - Metal chassis - Key / chassis design makes it easy to clean the keyboard

Cons: - The light under the "D" key started going out randomly. I had to press the key several times to get it to light up again, and as soon as I pressed the key again to type out a word, the light would go out again. This started happening less than a week after I received it. This is my first Corsair keyboard, and it will most likely be my last.

Overall Review: The risers in the front of the keyboard are kind of weird. I've never seen that on a keyboard before.

Good pad, weird effect.

XTRAC PADS Ripper XXL Mouse Pad
XTRAC PADS Ripper XXL Mouse Pad

Pros: -Size -Smooth texture -Stays in place, doesn't move around on the desk

Cons: None

Overall Review: Something odd that I've noticed that's never happened with any other mouse pad, is a buildup of static electricity. I use a G502 at 400DPI with 7% in BF4, and I'm moving the mouse quite a bit across the pad. If I play for more than 20 minutes at a time, I can feel static electricity building up on my wrist/forearm. Nothing serious, but something just very odd that I thought I'd mention.

Good mouse, one problem for me.

Razer DeathAdder Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse
Razer DeathAdder Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse

Pros: It's very light (105g). My previous mouse was a G500 that I bought back in 2013. Even without the weights the G500 was heavy compared to the DeathAdder. I can aim a lot better on my cloth Corsair mouse pad because of this. Low weight = less friction = smoother movement on the pad = more precise aim. This mouse is easily the most comfortable I have ever used. I've got fairly big hands and I've only found one other mouse that is as comfortable as this (Mionix 3200). The right and left buttons have a good response, and don't take too much or too little pressure to activate. The side buttons are nice and big, and they have a very satisfying click.

Cons: The cord is laughably thin. It can't even support it's own weight, and after only a month of use, the cord at the base of the USB plug started failing. I had to wrap a thick layer of duct tape around the base of the USB plug for about 1 1/2 inches to keep the plug straight. It works fine now, but this is a major oversight.

Great Case.

Corsair Carbide Series 400R Graphite Grey and Black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case
Corsair Carbide Series 400R Graphite Grey and Black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case

Pros: 1) Almost tool-free drive bay. 3.5" Drives simply snap in, whereas 2.5" drives need to be secured with screws. Still, no big deal. 2) A pair of 120mm front fans for good air intake, as well as 4 spaces for 4 extra fans. A nice touch that was added here was rubber mounts at the 120mm screw holes to eliminate vibration from faster spinning fans that don't run as smoothly. 3) A dust filter for the vents on the bottom of the case where the PSU goes. It's not entirely necessary unless your PC is closer to the floor, but it's still a nice addition. 4) Four "ports" at the back of the case for liquid cooling tubing to go in and out for an external radiator/fan setup. 5) Interior is painted flat black. I know, there isn't a side window so that you can actually see inside the case, but it's still nice to not have a gleam from any lights inside the case coming through the fan vents. 6) It's $100 (technically) and it's one of the best mid-tower cases - or otherwise - I've seen for t

Cons: It's not the most durable case in the world, but I don't think that anyone is going to abuse it so it shouldn't be a problem.

Overall Review: As previously mentioned, this is a great case and a steal for $100. Another thing I'd like to point out that I didn't get a chance to mention in the "Pros" section, is that if you don't like the look of the white LEDs in the twin front fans, you can turn them off with a button on the front of the case. This allows you to "run silent" as it were.
