ASUS VG248QE Black 24
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Its big. Has built in speakers and also has HDMI connections so you can use it as a small TV for your Xbone or your PS4 when your at a buddys. It also has a great base and swivels very nicely easy to center on your desk and turn it so others can see if need be.

Cons: Speakers arent all that loud there loud but if you have a window A/C unite near by your desk it becomes kind of hard to hear.

Also it doesnt let me see the future.

Other Thoughts: I will defently be buying another one when the time comes I can aquire another one. Its a great monitor and looks really good just about any where you put it on your desk.

CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CW-9060007-WW) High Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm

Pros: Its well build nice and sleek I've had it about two days and I have my system in a desk (not the greatest place for a gaming system) my temps before I put this in idled between 89-95 and on load when playing a game or what ever else it got all the way to 129 (very bad) I slapped this thing in and my temps went down on idle to about 79-85 (not bad really) and on load to 95 (way better then where it was)

Cons: Its can be load. I mean godly load like right now I have my window AC unit running and I can still hear it (they area about 2 feet apart) I also replaced the pre-applied thermal past with Arctic Silver 5 thermal past

Other Thoughts: I had a difficult time getting it in nothing to big I have an AMD board and the little things that connect to whats already there kept trying to fall off as I mounted the pump no biggie really and also the way my case is made it hard to put the fan in but that was simple enough to work around.

Also my system with this added is:
ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer
XION AXP-700K14XE 700W
AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz (4.4GHz Turbo)
G.SKILL Sniper Series RAM > 16GB
MSI Radeon R9 270X

AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop Processor - Black Edition AMD Radeon HD 8670D

Pros: It works great and slid right in the CPU socket with out a problem.

Cons: The heat sink is a little bit of a pain to mount to the motherboard it for some reason they dont seem long enough but they are...if you mess with them for a little bit
