Pros: Inexpensive. Works some of the time.
Cons: Computer hangs on boot or crashes at other times.
Other Thoughts: Installed with the 4GB samsung chip that came with my Latitude E6420. Computer started crashing and after a day of that, removed the RAM, computer worked fine again. Replaced RAM in other RAM slot (but still with 8GB installed) and machine began crashing again. Might try it alone and see if it works, but that wasn't the point of my purchase. Hopefully it will work in another machine or the company - which I've never heard of before - will warranty. I'm not going to get my hopes up.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Verbatim Smart 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive Model 97275
Pros: 1. 16GB at a fairly good price point.
2. Retractable USB.
Cons: 1. Locks open which is good, but does not lock closed.
2. Data transfer is slow for larger amounts of data.
3. Plastic body and button slider feels lighter weight (cheaper) than the Kingston drive it replaces.
4. No lanyard or cord to attach to keys, etc.
5. No coolness factor. : )
Other Thoughts: At this time, it is one of the cheapest for the capacity. I first checked to make sure that it would lock open - otherwise inserting this into a USB slot was going to be a pain. I then closed the device and it does not lock closed so it will "fall open" between uses depending on where you carry it. Overall, it will work out fine - but don't expect it to impress.READ FULL REVIEW
