Pros: Bought 2. These babys r setup in RAID0 and ripped a full dvd (not just main movie) from disc in 4min 56sec. Not too noisy that i can tell. Great sales price. Wish i had gotten more.
Cons: They're not terabytes. Not their fault tho. No paperwork came with and the jumper setting info from WD site was a little off from what was on the label.
Other Thoughts: Unless your PC has a problem with changing the 6Gb speed to its own there is no need for jumpers. This is good cause it seems jumpers no longer come with HDDs anymore. At least not w/bare drives. My MoBo won't use the 6Gb speed but my future 1 will and i'll be ready for it. Get the HDD tester program from the WD site and set to zeros and then run a full check of it. I think it's a good way to test it before you start to load OS or any data. After that of course all up to chance but at least you will know if there's a problem from the get go.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Nippon Labs USB 2.0 Internal Memory Card Reader 3.5" All In One ICR-BB
Pros: E-sata works great. SD and XD worked fine. PnP worked fine as well. Was pretty cheap.
Cons: Load time thru it from XD seemed much slower than our external multi card reader. Will use many drive letters so as some1 else said rename them when you get the chance.
Other Thoughts: Great for the $ - especially for the e-sata connection which i didnt have. Pay attention to where you plug the sata cable into. You may need to setup that connection to work as e-sata in CMOS. PC completely froze when connecting my external HD to e-sata until i realized this.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Logitech Black/Silver Cordless Optical TrackMan
Pros: 5 extra programable buttons (besides L/R/scroll). Uses less desk space and no more bumping into things with or falling off the table with the poor mousey. Or having to adjust the area where the mouse is placed cause you just switched to the other side of the screen.
Cons: The index finger buttons are a little oddly placed and small for me. the top 1 has to be pressed firmly in order to work on mine. I dont think you can save different settings and switch them on the fly but i guess maybe didnt advertise that. would be nice tho. A little big - was hoping to aleviate wrist pain cause its angled palm shape but due to its size my hand is always elevated. Should get a wrist pad or something.
Other Thoughts: All in all it was a nice purchase. Wish there were more thumb buttons n less index fng buttons but that is hard to find on any mouse. Was scared to try a trackball but got used to the movement very quickly. After that no problems finding my mark w/the cursor.READ FULL REVIEW
