This review is from: BYTECC C6E-1000P 1000 ft. Cat 6 Purple Bulk Cable
Pros: Price, quality...it's got it all.
Other Thoughts: Not much to say about this. The price point for 1000ft of Cat6 is great. And it IS Cat6. Some Cat6 is really just Cat5e with a different label on it. This stuff meats the Cat6 specs. I purchased several boxes of it and will be buying several more.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It's a simple HBA, no bells or whistles. The price point is fantastic! Performs great.
Other Thoughts: This is the HBA that I've been looking for for a long time. I use ZFS for file servers (generally on FreeBSD or with FreeNAS), and this HBA is perfect for that. It's a straight HBA; no RAID on the card. With some RAID controllers you have to make a RAID0 for each of your drives you want to pass through. With this controller, it's literally plug and play.
Performance is fantastic, as expected from LSI. If you need to build a file server with software RAID (ie, ZFS or Windows Storage Spaces), this is THE controller to get!
This review is from: Rosewill RBR1000-MS - BRONZE Series - 1000-Watt Active PFC Power Supply - Continuous @ 104 Deg. F (40C), 80 PLUS Bronze, Semi-Modular Cable Design, ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS 12V, SLI & CrossFire Ready
Pros: Cable lengths are great. Quiet fan.
Other Thoughts: Not much to say about a power supply. The 1000W is great for mostly everything. The modular cables that come with this are plenty long for just about any chassis you'd put it in. This was my first Rosewill power supply and so far I'm happy with it. Running 24x7 for 4-5 months so far without any hickups.READ FULL REVIEW
