This review is from: AZIO Levetron GH808 USB Connector Circumaural Gaming Headset
Pros: - Price
- Sturdy construction
- Sleek appearance
- USB connection
- Good sound quality
- Microphone design
- Bass boost
- Comfortable padding at top and around speakers
Cons: - Does not cook, clean or print money...
Other Thoughts: I can understand that some people may not be able to handle the bass boost, but if you are easily pleased/entertained, I highly doubt it will bother you.
I believe this is a fantastic headset for the price. The microphone will shut off if you flip it up and turns back on when returned to the down position. The USB cord is reinforced for long-lasting quality. The audio quality from the headphones and into the microphone is good. The lower registry is well-represented for a headset.
It is lightweight so it's easy to wear comfortably for long periods of time. Its construction is not sacrificed in any way. It has a nice color scheme and is also shiny in appearance.
This review is from: Ergonomic LED Backlit Gaming USB Keyboard PC
Pros: - Back lit
- Blue LEDs
- USB connection
- Fast Shipping
- It works
Cons: - Several keys not fully illuminated
- 'Ergonomic' used loosely
- Bottom blue areas do not actually light up
- Back light is not perpetual; it must be activated
- Keys can be insensitive *(see other thoughts)
Other Thoughts: The pros for this product come from the most basic features. Some of them (price, shipping) are actually thanks to Newegg, not the manufacturer. This is a cheap keyboard, but if you want back light and are on a budget, it's not a bad choice.
If you look down from directly above the keyboard, everything appears to be illuminated. Sitting in front of the keyboard, or at any other angle really, several of the keys do not appear to illuminate properly.
The 'ergonomic' design can take some getting used to. I cannot tell that it is more comfortable to use than a normal keyboard.
*At times, what feels like a keystroke might not be. In my experience, this is most noticeable with the space bar, but can occur with any key.
Some manufacturers place restrictions on how details of their products may be communicated.
